We are looking for a hard-working multitasker and self-starter who wants growth in production management. The Jr Coordinator helps create an efficient and productive environment on set, and must perform the important PA duties, but we also want to build on this with someone who can be a much more self-sufficient PC or PM in the future.

• Complete call sheets and basic coordination of crew/logistics.
• Acquire appearance releases from anyone on camera and location releases.
• Upload to Google Drive in an organized fashion.
• Keep logs of such
• Assist with basic AP duties as instructed.
• Work on location permitting with the Line Producer.
• Take still photography and uploading to Google Drive
• Keep logs
• Keep the credit cards and reconcile receipts.
• Assist the Line Producer in monitoring and tracking builds.
• Sit in on meetings and continue checking in on a regular basis for progress.
• Keep notes, tracker with Line Producer
• PA Duties
• Keep the shop stocked with supplies, drinks and limited crafty.
• Charge and run batteries.
• Pick up lunch on full crew days and keep shop clean.
• Runs to Home Depot and the like.
• Basic cleanup and trash removal.
