Vendor Booth (8' x 10') - $500
Includes one 8’ table with skirt, two chairs, one wastebasket, and a sign with your company’s name. All booths are pipe and drape and are located inside the main hall. Booth locations are assigned on a first pay, first serve basis and multiple booths may be purchased. Two meal coupons for the on‐site caterer are also included. Electricity is included. There will be a power strip shared by up to four booths and on a shared circuit. Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.
Seminar Time - $250/hr
There are limited spots available! The seminar room is just off the main hall. Each seminar spot comes with audio and projection support, signage throughout the venue, and verbal announcements in the show leading up to your time slot.
Production Truck/Vehicle - $150
We are sectioning off a large section of the parking lot immediately in front of the convention center. This is the only place attendees will enter and exit. It is a great location for production vehicles and incredibly accessible! This is a huge price drop from previous years! Electricity is included but will be shared. Wireless Internet is available throughout the building.
Supporting Sponsor - $2,500
Receive second billing on all signage and marketing materials, including one side of the event bag. Includes one booth space with a priority location. Includes one seminar time slot. Receive event attendee information (e‐mails, etc.). Logo will remain visible on the TPE website and DPA website for 1 year. Sponsor will be verbally acknowledged at all regular DPA meetings for 1 year.
Event Bag Sponsor - $1000
You get one side of the event bag. We will print bags and distribute them to every attendee.
Event Bag Insert - $50
Place your branded giveaway, business card, freelance equipment/services list, movie postcard, headshot/resume, coupon, gift certificate or other item in up to 500 event bags given to every TPE attendee.
