I am a freelancer that works full-time as a video technology professor at Dallas College - North Lake Campus. Our video technology program prepares students for careers in this field. It is a unique two year "production" program that focuses on entry level knowledge, skills and experiences for broadcast, film, industrial, and the AV industries. We offer a 60 credit hour AAS Degree and a 28 credit hour AV Specialist Certificate. We are in the process of adding a 16 credit hour Advanced Technical Certificate for AAS/4-year degree graduates to enhance their technical and creative abilities pending approval to begin fall 2024. I have over 35 years of professional experience working film style, live broadcast, event, and live stream productions.
